HUNTRON Flexible, Automated Diagnostic Solutions

Huntron supplies tools for engineers and technicians who test, diagnose and troubleshoot printed circuit assemblies. We manufacture the popular Huntron Tracker®, the industry standard for power- off troubleshooting tools to help identify component failures on printed circuit boards. Huntron also manufactures the open architecture Access Robotic Probers and the versatile Huntron Workstation software that combine to provide full automation to your power-off or power-on test processes.

History

Huntron was founded in 1976 with the introduction of the Huntron Tracker, the pioneering troubleshooting tool that uses power-off signature analysis to identify component failures on printed circuit boards. Over time, Huntron has added robotic automation to help deal with the increase in board complexity and help users save valuable time. The current Access Prober product line can decrease test times tenfold when compared to manual methods. The expertise Huntron gained with developing robotic probers has allowed us to help customers automate their custom test processes such as guided DMM and oscilloscope measurements. We are continuing these efforts by designing and building open architecture, custom flying probe systems that can be customized to fit your needs.

Tracker® 3200S

The Tracker 3200S features variable range parameters resulting in hundreds of voltage, source resistance and frequency combinations. Can be used as a Stand-alone unit using the convenient front panel controls and touch screen LCD

Tracker® 2800

The Tracker 2800's features variable range parameters resulting in over 100 combinations of voltage, source resistance and frequency. The 2800 series is a great off-line support tool for the automated Huntron Access Prober diagnostic systems

Access Prober

The Huntron Access Prober is used to automate the testing of printed circuits assemblies (PCA) that would otherwise have to be tested by hand. Adding Flying Probe Tester to your analysis procedure will significantly decrease test times therefore increasing productivity.

Access 2 Prober

The Huntron Access 2 Prober is used to automate the testing of printed circuits assemblies (PCA) that would otherwise have to be tested by hand. Adding Flying Prober tester technology your test procedure will significantly decrease test times therefore increasing productivity.

Access DH2 Prober

The Access DH2 Prober is a dual head Robotic Flying Probe system that is best suited for low volume PCA testing where interfacing between two points is necessary.

Access RF Prober

The Huntron Access RF system provides reliable and repeatable near field measurements of RF signals. The system integrates a Huntron Access 2 Prober, a spectrum analyzer and Langer RF near field probes under the control of Huntron Workstation.
