Eravant’s Waveguide Quick Connect is designed for fast connect/disconnect operations on 0.75″ circular waveguide flanges. It uses hand-screws to clamp two flanges quickly, making it ideal for lab or sub-assembly environments where UG-385/U, UG-387/U, or UG-387/U-M flanges are used and frequent mating is required. It is particularly useful in tight-space configurations where standard waveguide screw connections are difficult. The design provides even pressure across flanges, reducing signal leakage due to misalignment.
